Privacy Policy

Freshville: Market Tycoon · Effective date: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solid Ocean (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Freshville: Market Tycoon (the “Game”) on iOS and Android. We built the Game so that it collects as little as possible: there is no account to create, we do not run our own servers, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress (level, money, gems, unlocked areas, settings, chosen character and store name, statistics) is saved locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you use cloud save (section 2). Deleting the Game deletes this data.

2. Cloud save, achievements and leaderboards

If you are signed in to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), the Game uses these platform services to:

  • back up your game progress (together with your device model name and the time of the save) so you can continue on another device of the same platform. On iOS this backup is stored in your iCloud account; on Android in your Google account’s Saved Games;

  • unlock achievements and submit your market level to a leaderboard. Your platform nickname and score may be visible to other players according to your Game Center / Play Games privacy settings.

This data is stored by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We do not receive it on any server of ours. You can turn this off by signing out of Game Center / Play Games or, on iOS, by disabling iCloud Drive for the Game.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads (optional rewarded videos and occasional full-screen ads) provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:

  • your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), where permitted;

  • IP address, device and operating-system information, language and approximate (coarse) location derived from the IP address;

  • information about the ads you see and interact with.

Your choices:

  • If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another region where consent is required, the Game asks for your consent through Google’s consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings button in the Game’s settings.

  • On iOS, the advertising identifier is only used if you allow tracking in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

  • On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings.

  • If you decline, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

Buying “No Ads” removes full-screen ads; rewarded ads you choose to watch remain available. Learn more: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. The Game only keeps the transaction identifiers of your recent purchases on your device so a purchase is not delivered twice, and asks the store to restore your previous purchases when you tap Restore Purchases.

5. Notifications

If you allow it, the Game schedules local reminders on your device (for example, when your daily reward is ready). These are created on the device itself; we do not send push notifications from a server and do not collect a push token. You can turn them off in the Game’s settings or your device settings.

6. Technical diagnostics

We do not use third-party analytics in the Game. The Unity engine the Game is built with may send anonymous technical crash and performance information to Unity Technologies to help keep the engine stable (Unity Privacy Policy).

7. Summary of third parties

  • Google AdMob — Ads, consent management. Policy

  • Apple Game Center / iCloud / App Store — Cloud save, achievements, leaderboard, purchases (iOS). Policy

  • Google Play Games / Google Play — Cloud save, achievements, leaderboard, purchases (Android). Policy

  • Unity Technologies — Game engine, in-app purchase library, technical diagnostics. Policy

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above.

8. Children

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will help remove it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold your data on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised directly through the controls described above (ad privacy settings, App Tracking Transparency, Advertising ID settings, Game Center / Play Games settings) or by deleting the Game. For anything else, contact us at the address below and we will help.

10. Data retention and security

Local data stays on your device until you delete the Game. Cloud saves remain in your Apple or Google account until you delete them there. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s policies. We rely on the security measures of Apple, Google and Unity for data handled by their services.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
